Die denkmalgeschützte Reithalle Achern vereint Gastronomie, Markthalle, Floristik, Unverpacktladen, Buchladen, einer Ausstellungsfläche sowie Wohnungen und Büros unter einem Dach.

Dieser Wohnbereich in einer der, in der Reithalle integrierten Wohnungen, punktet durch hohe Decken. Ein integrierter Absorber in den LIGNO® Rippe Q3 Dachelementen verhindert störenden Nachhall.

Die großen, gerade geschnittenen Räume dieser Wohnung in der denkmalgeschützten Reithalle bekommen durch die fein profilierten Akustikdecken made of LIGNO® zusätzlich Charakter.

In die gemütliche Wohnung fällt durch eine große Fensterfront im Essbereich viel Licht. Das edle Leistenprofil in Weißtanne, das die Sichtseite der LIGNO® Rippe Q3 Dachbauteile schmückt trägt zusätzlich zu einer warme Raumatmosphäre bei.

Dafür, dass bei den hohen Decken in dieser Wohnung keine störenden Schallgeräusche entstehen, sorgen LIGNO® Decken mit integriertem Absorber in edler Weißtanne.

Die halb hohe Holztreppe wird durch Lichter in Szene gesetzt und trägt zusammen mit Holzboden und Deckenverkleidung in Weißtanne zu einer gemütlichen Wohnatmosphäre bei.

Die Holztreppe in warmem Holz führt ins Obergeschoss und dient gleichzeitig als prägendes Raumelement, durch Lichter gekonnt in Szene gesetzt.

Das Leistenprofil der Badezimmer-Decke schenkt dem Badezimmer Dynamik und grüne Zimmerpflanzen, sowie kleinere verstreute Holzakzente sorgen für einen naturnahen Zimmercharakter.

Dieses Badezimmer besticht durch eine dynamische Atmosphäre kreiert durch ein Zusammenspiel von dschungelartigen Zimmerpflanzen, grauen Wandfließen und der fein profilierten Decke aus Weißtanne made of LIGNO®.

Große holzumrahmte Fenster, helle Wänden, die edle LIGNO Profildecke in Weißtanne und warme Holzböden kreieren Leichtigkeit und Wohlfühlatmosphäre und sorgen für höchsten Komfort in diesem Schlafzimmer.

Wie in allen Räumen, sorgen auch in diesem kleinen Büro Holzdecken mit integriertem Absorber von Lignotrend für eine optimale Raumqualität und gute Akustik.

Im geräumigen Obergeschoss dieser Wohnung dienen Holzboden und die edle Profildecke aus Weißtanne als prägende Designelemente und kreieren ein harmonisches Raumbild.

Die Wohnräume werden geprägt durch die großen holzumrahmten Fenster, Akzente in dunklem Metall, weißen Wänden und warmen Holzböden, die zusammen ein offenes, freies Raumbild schaffen.

Die bis hoch zum Dachfirst geöffnete Markthalle besticht durch riesige Fenster und den industriellen Charakter, der durch die Backsteinwände und Metallbalken geschaffen wird.

Der Dachfirst der Reithalle wird durch holz-verkleidete Flächen abgestuft, wodurch ein beeindruckendes, dynamisches Raumbild entsteht.

Dieser minimalistisch eingerichtete Raum besticht mit kupferrotem Boden im Zusammenspiel mit der lebhaft profilierten Decke aus edler Weißtanne.

Ein großer Teil der Reithalle wird eingenommen durch die Markhalle, die sich bis unter den Dachfirst öffnet und mit ihrem industriell anmutenden Charakter aus einer Kombination von naturbelassener Backsteinwand, Holz und Metall punktet.

In der industriell anmutenden und zugleich modernen Markthalle lässt es sich gut bummeln und durch Akustik-absorbierende Wandverkleidungen von Lignotrend wird ein unangenehm hoher Geräuschpegel in der Halle vermieden.

In diesem langen Flur wird durch den Boden in warmem Holzton und der edel profilierten Decke aus Weißtanne made of LIGNO® eine einladende Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Dieses Zimmer mit Tisch und roten Stühlen wird dominiert durch die verschiedenen Holztöne von Boden, Tisch und Decke, welche durch das warme Licht der Hängelampe verbunden werden.

Der Blick in den hohen Dachstuhl gibt eine beeindruckende Sicht auf die Balkenkonstruktion und die herab gehängten und mit Holz verkleideten Zwischendecken frei.

Gleich neben der denkmalgeschützten Reithalle befindet sich ein kleines Café in blau mit roten Akzenten, das in seinem Baustil an eine Tankstelle im Retro-Look erinnert.

Von dem Café gleich am Eingang zum Markthallen Bereich der Reithalle profitieren Bewohner, Besucher und Mitarbeiter der Reithallen-Einrichtungen gleichermaßen.

The ensemble of the listed riding hall Achern is composed of gastronomy, market hall, floristry, unpacked store, bookstore, an exhibition area as well as apartments and offices. Due to the given structures of the hall, unconventional approaches arise in the planning, which is not least the special feature. Large open spaces and simple fixtures made of regional wood determine the appearance of the interiors. The floors of the loft-like apartments are connected by large glass surfaces. The existing gates serve as access to the outdoor area. A solar system installed on the roof of the hall and a combined heat and power plant integrated into the building, along with a pellet boiler, supply all objects within the riding hall with heat and electricity. The area outside of the riding hall is divided into the outdoor areas of the apartments, development zones and a beer garden.

Whether the element is open or closed at the top is determined by the area of application. If, for example, the element is to be filled with fill on site as a storey ceiling or roof terrace (LIGNO^® Rippe Q3-x), its cavities are open at the top (feature _r0). To guide pipes at the top of the element, a cross grid (_r25, _r50) can be added to some superstructures. For roof superstructures, there is usually a flat closed finish _rg0 (LIGNO^® Block Q-x, LIGNO^® Block Q3-x or corresponding versions of LIGNO^® Acoustic classic).

The height of the load-bearing webs of the element is variable and determined according to static requirements from load and span. Within the framework of this configurator, the selection is limited to four height ranges. A more precise definition is made later during pre-dimensioning or verification with the LTB-x calculation programme. Bulk volume and/or necessary space for installations can also be decisive for the height.

Fire resistance

If fire protection is required, an additional layer is added below the web area (for elements with strip profiles _z26, _z53, _z80, for elements with board profiles Akustik klassik _k50g). Their height determines the fire resistance duration of the cross-section from 30 to 90 minutes. The fire resistance must be statically verified. If there are no requirements, the standard versions _z0 or _k50l are to be selected.

Cavity

Panel designs with slat profiles and additional layer can be configured with an additional cavity (_p26, _p53) below the additional layer for installation guides, fixtures or to improve sound absorption. Cables laid there then do not penetrate the fire-protection layer. If required, the cavity is filled with insulating material (_p26mw, _p26ha) to improve acoustic absorption. If no cavity is necessary, the characteristic _p0 is selected.

Profile

The visible layer is profiled with joints. The code for profiling indicates in millimetres: Element width, strip width (rounded, from/to if applicable) and joint width (rounded) as well as a letter identification for variants, e.g. with chamfered strip edges or with additional height gradation.
