Klimaholzhaus: More than building with solid wood

Mit einem neuen Klimaholzhaus made of LIGNO, wird ein jahrelang leerstehender Altbau durch ein energetisch hoch effizientes Gebäude ersetzt.
LIGNO® Uni und LIGNO® Rippe zeigen im Wohnbereich eine Sichtoberfläche aus Schwarzwälder Weißtanne.
Helles Holz aus astreiner Weißtanne prägt das Innenleben des Klimaholzhauses in Kronach.
Die helle Oberfläche in Weißtanne von Wand und Decken bildet einen reizvollen Kontrast zu dem grauen Sichtestrichboden.
Die bunten Stühle im Essbereich des Klimaholzhauses lockern das ansonsten in hellen Naturtönen gehaltene Farbkonzept der Räume auf.
Der Einsatz des Split-Level Prinzips für den Wohnbereich sorgt für eine dynamische Atmosphäre, welche durch die warmen, ruhigen Holzoberflächen komplementiert wird.
Die helle Oberfläche der in Weißtanne gekleideten Decke sorgt  für einen warmen Kontrast zu den geraden, weißen Küchen-Oberflächen.
Die filigrane weiße Edelstahltreppe fügt sich gekonnt in das dynamische Wohnkonzept ein.
Unter der Dachschräge mit LIGNO® Block Q3 auf dem Halbgeschoss bildet sich ein kleiner lichtdurchfluteter Raum, der zu kreativem Verweilen einlädt.
Das lichtdurchflutete Kinderzimmer ist unter der Dachschräge und mit integrierter Schlafgalerie ein weiteres Beispiel wie Wohnen kreativ gestaltet werden kann.
Das warme Holz der hohen Decke und Dachschräge verleiht dem Kinderzimmer eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Schlafgalerie erweitert den Raum optisch.
Die LIGNO® Bauteile sind innen mit einer Sichtholzoberfläche aus heller astreiner Weißtanne verkleidet, welche als dominierendes Design-Element in den Räumen dienen.
Die Garageneinfahrt ist am oberen Rand gesäumt von diversen Grünpflanzen, welche den nachhaltigen, umweltfreundlichen Charakter des Hauses noch unterstreichen.
Die Fenster des Klimaholzhauses wurden strikt dort gesetzt, wo sie positiv zum Innenraum beitragen - so entsteht ein lebhaftes Fensterbild.

This massive timber house forms the heart of a small living ensemble and offers generous living in a healthy room climate and aesthetic design. The compact floor plan strictly separates the main use zone from the adjoining rooms and development area. Flowing transitions between the rooms arranged in the split-level principle make clever and creative use of the available space of almost 170 m2 in total.

    Whether the element is open or closed at the top is determined by the area of application. If, for example, the element is to be filled with fill on site as a storey ceiling or roof terrace (LIGNO® Rippe Q3-x), its cavities are open at the top (feature _r0). To guide pipes at the top of the element, a cross grid (_r25, _r50) can be added to some superstructures. For roof superstructures, there is usually a flat closed finish _rg0 (LIGNO® Block Q-x, LIGNO® Block Q3-x or corresponding versions of LIGNO® Acoustic classic).

    Statics 

     

    The height of the load-bearing webs of the element is variable and determined according to static requirements from load and span. Within the framework of this configurator, the selection is limited to four height ranges. A more precise definition is made later during pre-dimensioning or verification with the LTB-x calculation programme. Bulk volume and/or necessary space for installations can also be decisive for the height.

    Fire resistance 

     

    If fire protection is required, an additional layer is added below the web area (for elements with strip profiles _z26, _z53, _z80, for elements with board profiles Akustik klassik _k50g). Their height determines the fire resistance duration of the cross-section from 30 to 90 minutes. The fire resistance must be statically verified. If there are no requirements, the standard versions _z0 or _k50l are to be selected.

    Panel designs with strip profiles and additional layer can be configured with an additional cavity (_p26, _p53) below the additional layer for installation routing, fixtures or to improve sound absorption.Cables laid there then do not penetrate the fire-protective layer. If required, the cavity is filled with insulating material (_p26mw, _p26ha) to improve acoustic absorption. If no cavity is necessary, the characteristic _p0 is selected.

The code for profiling indicates in millimetres: Element width, strip width (rounded, from/to if applicable) and joint width (rounded) as well as a letter identification for variants, e.g. with chamfered strip edges or with additional height gradation.
